A constructive community for junior enlisted at NIOC Georgia

Our mission is to strengthen junior enlisted cohesion and readiness by building genuine community, creating leadership and professional growth opportunities, and serving our command and local community through consistent engagement and service.

We build community among junior enlisted Sailors and translate that cohesion into consistent service to the command and the Central Savannah River Area. The figures below summarize our measurable impact since September 2025 through sustained participation, on and off base events, and documented volunteer hours.
